Good Morning everybody

الحمد لله، الحمد لله الذي نستعينه ونستغفروه ونعوذ بالله من سرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضلله ومن يضلله فلا هديا له.

أشهد أن لا إله الا الله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمد عبده ورسوله، رب اشرخ لي صدري ويسرلي أمري واحلل عقدة من لساني يفقه قولي

First of all, let us praise to the Almighty Alloh SWT, because of His Blessing we are able to attend this contest without any obstacles in a good condition.

Secondly, may peace be upon the prophet Muhammad SAW who has guided us from the darkness into the brightness that is Islam.

I also would like to say many thanks to the juries and Master of Ceremony who have given me opportunity to deliver an English speech in front of you all.

 

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Standing in front of you all, I would like to deliver my speech under the title

ISLAMIC YOUNG GENERATION ARE THE PILLAR OF OUR COUNTRY

Dear Moslem brothers and sisters,
Islamic school is one of the important things for developing our nation and it also creates many excellent people.  Islamic school students not only study about science and technology but also religion, so there will be created students with Islamic brain and attitude. We are really proud to be students of Islamic school. We must be a good example for the others because Islamic schools which are under the religion ministry are better than the other schools. We are as Islamic students, have many important roles to make our nation become an amazing country. We are the hope of nation who will carry out the struggle for the sake of brighter future of the country. Similarly, we are, at the same time, the hope of Islamic religion who will strive for the sake of the next Islamic teaching, maintain the Islamic law, who will safeguard the Moslem young generation from the influence of negative things, such as juvenile delinquency, who will be leaders for the next.

شبان اليوم رجال الغد

 TODAY IS YOUNG, TOMORROW WILL BE A LEADER.

This statement encourages us to pay attention to the young existence in the future. By knowing all the facts, we realize how important the role of young for the future is. The youths are supposed to symbolize the force that will never be weak quickly. For this reason, the former president of Indonesia Soekarno has once said: “GIVE ME TEN YOUTHS THEN I WILL CHANGE THE WORLD”. From this statement, we can sum up that Soekarno appreciated the young people more than the old. Why? Because they have significant roles, great potency and great energy that can be prided.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Therefore our religion enjoins us to be flexible Moslem leaders for society who ultimately have to devote themselves for the development of Moslems community at large. Ironically, in this sophisticated era we witness the conducts of young people are always against the Islamic laws. We pay attention to many young people who are not aware of their education and will be sadder if we see our Moslem brothers in our country behave badly and intentionally avoiding Islamic teachings to follow negative culture. We cannot imagine and describe what is going to happen in the next time if all the young people are careless in this responsibility. We have to be aware that the responsibility of nation developing and religion establishing depend on us. By those considerations, we should be very cautious with any destructive western culture that would enter Islamic teaching.

We are as young generation, we have to replace the old in the future. And hopefully all young generations wherever they are to abstain from bad action and furthermore we have to develop our skill and potency to reach the bright future. Let’s bring our Indonesia become a great country. Let’s create the peaceful in this world.
